AMANDA
Just used a little flashlight to write my name. I like how there's light all over the floor, table and chair. If I had been very careful, I could have had a completely black background, but I think it looks cool to have my name floating in a room!

Light(ning) Write
It's easier to do light writing when you can control how long the shutter stays open for. No more trying to draw something in under 4 seconds!

Wait for Signal
I was recently able to borrow a Canon EOS 60D for a minute and it was rad. It's got 18 megapixels! A 3" articulating LCD screen! A BILLION buttons, knobs and switches!!! This camera is so awesome, even sitting in the passenger side of a moving car snapping pictures of traffic was a thrill.
I gotta get my hands on this camera again.

Irene Waves Goodbye
A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the sun shines on to droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmosphere. Wikipedia had the best definition.

I See Palm Trees
Since Mom posted silly pictures of me on Facebook, she won't mind one very close up of her on my site. (Look at the eyes!)

Ultimate Vaca Pic
This is the ultimate vacation picture... I can only see improving this by switching the view to an empty, pristine beach. Ahhhh!

Liberty Aft
Pointing towards the back of the ship. The ship was huge, over 900 feet long! (And our cabin was almost at the very aft... it was a long walk sometimes.)

Snorkle
Our second stop was at Grand Turk (which was supposed to be our last, but the captain was forced to shuffle the itinerary because of the hurricane). Here, we elected to spend the day snorkeling and wow, was it great! The water was nice and clear, the fish were curious and there was a bunch of stuff interesting to look at down there. I even saw a huge conch and mom was going to show me her diving skills but I lost it! Too bad.
Are you for scuba?

Sunset
We never lacked for spectacular sunsets. This was thru the cabin window which was had spots and some scratches on it. I like this one because of the light shining on the water. On deck, it looked like this:And a little bit later, like this:
You better believe I took a million more of these. Awesome.

The Carnival Liberty
This was the ship I lived on for a week. In this ship, I outran a hurricane, conquered a water slide, ate frog legs and was awarded a metal for dancing around in a toilet paper wedding dress. It was fantastic.

Photo Within a Photo
I was relaxing on the beach and just wanted to take a picture of the colorful sails. Thankfully, I caught the two people at the very bottom. Niiiice.
