= Amsterdam
There's a lot of public art in Amsterdam. This was a tree-like sculpture with mirror-like thingys on it. I have no idea what it means or what it's supposed to do, but this is what it looks like from underneath!

The Stars and Stripes
I took this out of my car window while driving, which is why it's a little off center and a little tilted. Though, I think it's not bad for taking a picture while also trying not to crash and die!

Lights
I'm confident I was procrastinating when I took this picture of a string of lights... but I like it.

St. Peter's Basilica
This was a pretty cool place that I almost didn't get in to! There are decency police stationed outside, ready to turn away any wenches who look inappropriate. The friend I was traveling with was apparently too scantily clad and they tried to make me go buy her some kind of arm covering so she wouldn't offend anyone! However, we were sneaky and ducked in for a few hasty minutes then had to run to catch a train (um, which we missed). Very memorable day in Roma!

My Shoes - London
When I was in Europe, I wanted to take the same kind of photo in every city. I thought maybe a picture of my feet, since I had taken some pictures like this before, but it didn't pan out. Turns out there's not much that's very interesting by my feet in most cities. This one is alright-- it's on the London Eye. This happens to be the first photo I took in Europe, like the second day I was there.

Video Series - All American Rejects
"Gives You Hell" - All American Rejects performed by YouTuber Soar of the Chonchords. I can't post the band's actual video of this awesome song, but this guy's version is wicked cool.
I also have to mention his 365 project on YouTube, which is pretty cool. On day 126 he shared his 5 favorite musical sounds which was my suggestion!

Munich is the Greatest City
id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342938661543469346" border="0" />What I like about this picture is all of the lines and angles and intersections... like how the sign fits right between the two buildings. Not sure, just really like it!
Expect some more European pics in the future, because I've got a lot! Like 1500 :D

My Legs Go on for Miles
I'm a night owl, but every now and then I like to get up super early and enjoy a peaceful morning. In this case, it was June, it was nice and I had my camera and a pair of legs with me.

Golden Lights 2
Another Golden Corral pic from the same night as before. I didn't adjust the shutter speed since it was raining and I didn't have the time or desire to try setting up any kind of fancy shot. I just clicked while waving the camera.

Depot Iron Store
This was on the side of a building that wasn't facing a street, and I thought it was a bit strange. I wonder what year they stenciled/painted that sign up there because I don't think that building houses an iron store anymore.

Almost Home
We were driving about 10 mph and I wanted to see what it would look like if I stuck my camera out the window and took a picture. This is what it looks like!

Video Series - Oren Lavie
During my countless hours on YouTube, it's not surprising that I've come across videos that not only have good (or great) songs but that are very interesting to watch as well. Until recently, I was bummed that I couldn't share these cool videos with you, but then I (accidentally) found out how to put videos in here. Yeahhh! This is the video that I wanted to share the first time I saw it: "Her Morning Elegance" by Oren Lavie.

Hoppy Mother's day!
I make the best cards: I put this picture of Petey on the front and Hoppy Mother's day on the inside. Mom loved it.

This is the same image, just rotated for an interesting new perspective. It was the side of a building.

Tricornered Cutie
I attended a reenactment of the battle that happened at Lexington and Concord April 19th, 1775. There were a bunch of people dressed up who weren't carrying a gun and/or shooting the red coats, including this little dude. He was watching the militia scare away the British from the homestead. USA! USA!
Wish you had a tricorner too? So does this guy. Warning: link contains some adult language
